O encontro, que reuniu delega\u00e7\u00f5es de v\u00e1rios pa\u00edses e mais de 40 mil participantes, trouxe insights e tend\u00eancias para o setor de varejo.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Com cerca de seis mil empresas de mais de 100 pa\u00edses, a NRF 2025 teve 450 palestras e 40 mil participantes. O Brasil representou a maior delega\u00e7\u00e3o estrangeira, com cerca de quatro mil pessoas.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u201cA NRF de 2025 teve como tema de destaque a intelig\u00eancia artificial, indicando que 67% das pessoas consideram que os benef\u00edcios da IA superam as amea\u00e7as\u201d, explica Marcos Saad, s\u00f3cio-fundador da MEC Malls, que faz a gest\u00e3o e concep\u00e7\u00e3o de strip malls no Brasil.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>No encontro, executivos de v\u00e1rias empresas falaram sobre os <a rel=\"follow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.infomoney.com.br\/colunistas\/convidados\/nrf-2025-as-licoes-do-maior-evento-de-varejo-do-mundo-que-o-brasil-precisa-adotar\/\" data-mce-href=\"https:\/\/www.infomoney.com.br\/colunistas\/convidados\/nrf-2025-as-licoes-do-maior-evento-de-varejo-do-mundo-que-o-brasil-precisa-adotar\/\">desafios de aplicar a IA no varejo.<\/a> John Furner, CEO do Walmart, e Azita Martin, vice-presidente da NVIDIA, citaram alguns desafios para implementar a IA no varejo.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Segundo eles, h\u00e1 a necessidade de apoio dos top executivos, al\u00e9m de integra\u00e7\u00e3o f\u00edsico\/digital e defini\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e9tricas de acompanhamento.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Para David Salomon, CEO do Goldman Sachs, \u201ca preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com a IA \u00e9 superestimada\u201d. Ele acredita que a intelig\u00eancia artificial estar\u00e1 a servi\u00e7o e contribuindo com o ser humano.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Falando especificamente sobre o varejo, Cassandra Napoli, da WGSN, compartilhou diversas previs\u00f5es para o futuro do mercado nos pr\u00f3ximos anos.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Vale lembrar que a WGSN \u00e9 a maior empresa de previs\u00e3o de tend\u00eancias do mundo, monitorando constantemente sinais de mudan\u00e7a para entender como os consumidores do futuro ir\u00e3o pensar, sentir e se comportar.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Em sua palestra, Cassandra projetou tend\u00eancias sociais e de consumo que devem conduzir o mercado at\u00e9 2027.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Os principais aspectos trazidos pela executiva s\u00e3o:<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>A era da imagina\u00e7\u00e3o: a criatividade ser\u00e1 a chave para constru\u00e7\u00e3o de la\u00e7os mais profundos com os consumidores.
