O ranking do Banco Central considera a estimativa de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es procedentes por milh\u00e3o de clientes de cada institui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Para efeito de compara\u00e7\u00e3o, as tr\u00eas institui\u00e7\u00f5es mais reclamadas do ranking apresentaram \u00edndices de&nbsp;55,52,&nbsp;51,92&nbsp;e&nbsp;43,89&nbsp;\u2014 o que representa n\u00edveis de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es aproximadamente&nbsp;763%,&nbsp;707%&nbsp;e&nbsp;583% maiores, respectivamente, em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao \u00edndice da InfinitePay.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Estamos consolidando nossa posi\u00e7\u00e3o como a empresa com o menor \u00edndice de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es do Brasil.
