A preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o crescente com fraudes digitais tem provocado mudan\u00e7as no comportamento de quem compra pela internet e ampliado a busca por sinais de confian\u00e7a nas lojas virtuais.<\/p>\n<p>Durante a Black Friday de 2025, o <a rel=\"follow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/vejasp.abril.com.br\/consumo\/black-friday-2025-procon-sp-registra-aumento-de-quase-40-de-reclamacoes\/\">Procon-SP registrou mais de 2.000 reclama\u00e7\u00f5es<\/a> relacionadas a compras on-line, incluindo n\u00e3o entrega de produtos e problemas com fornecedores virtuais. O receio n\u00e3o \u00e9 isolado.&nbsp;<a rel=\"follow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/newsroom.transunion.com.br\/relatorio-revela-que-73-dos-brasileiros-temem-serem-vitimas-de-fraudes-digitais-em-compras-de-fim-de-ano\/\">Levantamento divulgado pela TransUnion<\/a> indicou que 73% dos brasileiros afirmaram temer serem v\u00edtimas de fraude digital durante compras on-line em per\u00edodos promocionais.<\/p>\n<p>Esse cen\u00e1rio tem provocado uma mudan\u00e7a pr\u00e1tica na jornada de compra: consumidores passaram a valorizar avalia\u00e7\u00f5es detalhadas e selos que indiquem que o coment\u00e1rio foi feito por algu\u00e9m que realmente adquiriu o produto.
