Esta \u00e9 a terceira vez consecutiva que a companhia ocupa a \u00faltima coloca\u00e7\u00e3o da lista&nbsp;\u2014 posi\u00e7\u00e3o que indica o melhor desempenho e refor\u00e7a a consist\u00eancia da opera\u00e7\u00e3o e a qualidade da experi\u00eancia oferecida aos clientes.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com os dados mais recentes divulgados pelo BC, a InfinitePay registrou o \u00edndice de&nbsp;6,67, o menor do ranking, ampliando novamente a dist\u00e2ncia em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0s demais institui\u00e7\u00f5es. O levantamento considera a estimativa de reclama\u00e7\u00f5es procedentes por milh\u00e3o de clientes de cada institui\u00e7\u00e3o no primeiro trimestre deste ano.<\/p>\n<p>Para efeito de compara\u00e7\u00e3o, a institui\u00e7\u00e3o com o pior desempenho no ranking est\u00e1 a quase 50 pontos de dist\u00e2ncia da&nbsp;InfinitePay, o que evidencia uma diferen\u00e7a relevante na experi\u00eancia entregue ao cliente.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Os dados do BC refor\u00e7am que a companhia est\u00e1 no caminho certo, construindo uma opera\u00e7\u00e3o consistente, com foco total na resolu\u00e7\u00e3o das necessidades dos clientes.
