Enquanto isso, 28,7% afirmaram que n&atilde;o sabem ou que n&atilde;o haver&aacute; mudan&ccedil;a, e apenas 5,1% informaram que haver&aacute; redu&ccedil;&atilde;o.<\/p>\n<p>Al&eacute;m disso, quase metade (43,6%) dos entrevistados se declararam otimistas em rela&ccedil;&atilde;o aos pr&oacute;ximos quatro anos da economia brasileira, ao passo que somente 22,7% disseram que est&atilde;o pessimistas.<\/p>\n<p>Segundo Rafael Fernandes, founder na Escalade, assessoria de marketing digital, &ldquo;para buscar resultados expressivos em marketing digital &eacute; fundamental acompanhar os indicadores corretos de acordo com cada etapa do funil&rdquo;. Esse acompanhamento, diz ele, &ldquo;&eacute; fundamental para otimiza&ccedil;&atilde;o das campanhas, aumentando a receita e diminuindo o custo&rdquo;.<\/p>\n<p>Ele explica que em campanhas de marketing digital &eacute; importante ter uma estrat&eacute;gia full funnel, ou seja, campanhas com foco em brand awareness, considera&ccedil;&atilde;o e compra, separando os indicadores e objetivos para cada etapa do funil.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;No topo de funil, em campanhas de descoberta de marca, a estrat&eacute;gia deve ser a segmenta&ccedil;&atilde;o de acordo com o p&uacute;blico-alvo do neg&oacute;cio&rdquo;, diz. &ldquo;Al&eacute;m disso, os principais indicadores devem estar vinculados ao acompanhamento do alcance e da frequ&ecirc;ncia, ou seja, a quantidade de usu&aacute;rios e de vezes que cada pessoa v&ecirc; o an&uacute;ncio&rdquo;, esclarece.<\/p>\n<p>Rafael Fernandes tamb&eacute;m explica que nas campanhas de meio de funil (considera&ccedil;&atilde;o), onde o usu&aacute;rio j&aacute; conhece sua marca, as campanhas j&aacute; podem ser mais espec&iacute;ficas com os diferenciais do seu produto ou servi&ccedil;o com foco no tr&aacute;fego do seu site em p&aacute;ginas mais informativas com formul&aacute;rios para capta&ccedil;&atilde;o de leads &#8211; e-mail e telefone &#8211; com o objetivo de qualificar para a compra.<\/p>\n<p>&ldquo;Nessa etapa [meio de funil], acompanhar cliques nas campanhas, taxa de cliques, sess&otilde;es sem o bounce rate &#8211; usu&aacute;rios que entram e efetivamente navegam no site &#8211; e volume de leads s&atilde;o as mais relevantes&rdquo;, pontua.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por &uacute;ltimo, Rafael Fernandes aborda a camada de venda: &ldquo;Nessa etapa, apelos comerciais e descontos s&atilde;o important&iacute;ssimos.
